Wallace Cruz

Wallace knew from an early age that art was his calling. At age 10, he created a pretend TV channel with commercials and logos for each imaginary show. When his cousin told him this was called graphic design, Wallace knew it was the career for him. More than 20 years of design, editing and animation experience later, he’s created for clients including Smith+Nephew, Kubota Tractor Corporation, The PARC vet and ACH Child and Family Services. With Balcom since 2023, he previously worked for 9thWonder, Lopez Negrete Communications, BushRenz and Diarios Associados.

Joining the B Team in 2021, she has since helped create and maintain award-winning websites for clients such as Longhorn Council, Scouting America; eTrueNorth and Smith+Nephew. A native of Mesquite, Texas, she holds a bachelor’s degree in web design and development from DeVry University and now lives in Burleson, Texas, with her husband, two daughters and their dog.

Before joining the B Team, she worked at CPA firm Hedman Partners in Valencia, California, as an administrative assistant then billing administrator.
