Brittany Sartain


Harmonizing smart strategy with captivating creative for clients, Brittany brings more than seven years of advertising experience to Balcom’s Smith+Nephew (Advanced Wound Management) team. She previously worked as a digital marketing specialist for Cavender’s then marketing strategist and digital marketing manager for UT Health East Texas before joining the B in 2022. Staying in tune with her client’s communications needs, Brittany will execute projects that strategically meet and exceed the company’s goals. She earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations with a minor in business administration from Abilene Christian University and recently completed her master’s degree in marketing research and analytics from Texas Tech University. By way of Houston and Austin, she now lives in Tyler, Texas, with her husband, Logan, and their two cats.



  • Brittany moonlights as a wedding, family and portrait photographer. When she’s not leading worship or serving on the media team at her church, she spends most of her free time shooting or editing photos.
  • Brittany is convinced she is the world’s pickiest eater. If she had no other choice, she could survive off soda, pasta and Chick-fil-A.
  • Brittany is somewhat of an animal whisperer. She loves all kinds of animals (especially cats), and they love her right back.
