B-ography

Toni takes care of the numbers side of this crazy creative business, keeping projects organized, billing up to date and timesheets under control – ultimately also overseeing the project management team. She holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Texas Wesleyan University and has more than 40 years’ accounting experience and more than 30 in the advertising industry, beginning at the Bloom Agency (now Publicis Groupe). An indispensable member of the Balcom family since 2001 and now a part owner, she touches every project and works with every client. Toni is also an animal lover and self-proclaimed “crazy cat lady,” with a multitude of cuddly fur babies purring up a storm at her home in Fort Worth, Texas.
