Bennett Benner Partners Proposal Template

Client

Bennett Benner Partners has helped shape North Texas through design for nearly 60 years. Grounded in a philosophy bent on collaborative, meaningful architecture and planning, the firm has pioneered some of Fort Worth’s most notable architectural, urban planning and interior design projects, earning more than 60 awards in the past 10 years.

The Challenge

As one of Fort Worth’s premier architecture firms, Bennett Benner Partners needed its proposal template to do more than simply answer requests – it needed to embody the firm's philosophy and engage its readers, all while fulfilling the many logistical (and often tedious) requirements of this kind of document.

Insight

Insight

The team conducted a thorough review of several examples of the client’s recent responses to proposal requests, along with a few from the competition as well. We discovered that there was a missed opportunity to do more than just check off the list of requests – the template could also serve to convey BBP’s differentiators and driving philosophies.
Creativity

Creativity

As an architecture firm, BBP’s services are inherently visual. We wanted to capitalize on the strong impression we could make with images of the work, instead of leaning heavily on the words. The resulting template featured spaces for larger imagery – and a lot more of it. We also made the project descriptions work harder by framing the facts of the work in ways that also convey the firm’s personality.
Technology

Technology

The template had to be flexible enough to work for a wide variety of projects – without requiring the firm to reinvent the wheel for every request. The team developed multiple options that could easily be used in a modular fashion, creating a kind of plug-and-play solution that let BBP customize proposal responses while maintaining visual and messaging consistency.
