How We Won Five National American Advertising Awards
Sometimes an unorthodox approach makes all the difference. In this TV and web video campaign for Cavender’s, “This is How We Live,” we opted out of using actors, staging and most of the things that go with a typical TV commercial.
The finished product first earned Best of Show (the top award) at both the local and district levels of the American Advertising Awards – then went on to earn five silver awards at the national level. The brand anthem and overall campaign won for cinematography, music and sound design.
It also won the hearts of the Cavender’s audience, with over 2.6 million views across YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to date.
