Taylor Potts


Taylor has the guts to push for the best in every project – evidenced by awards including Best of Broadcast and Best of Interactive in the 2018 Fort Worth American Advertising Awards, and Best Experiential Event in the 2012 Dallas American Marketing Association Awards. With a strong Western background and more than 15 years’ experience in design, photography and videography, he holds a bachelor’s degree in digital media and design from Full Sail University. Formerly the creative director at M2W, Inc., Taylor joined the B Team in 2013 and leads video projects for all clients, including Sinclair Oil Corporation and Smith+Nephew, while serving as brand creative director for Kubota. He lives in Brock, Texas, with his wife and three sons.


  • Taylor is a major history buff and was invited to consult on a historical storytelling component for the new Fort Worth Stockyards development.
  • Taylor never missed a day of school from elementary to high school. His unused sick days caught up to him his first week at Balcom, when he came down with the flu.
