Balcom Agency Promotes Lynne Swihart to Director of Agency Operations and Production

FORT WORTH, Texas – July 18, 2017 – Lynne Swihart has been promoted to director of agency operations and production at Balcom Agency, with new responsibilities overseeing the recruiting and onboarding of agency talent as well as continuing to manage production resources for client projects.

Swihart has served nearly every client since joining the agency in 2006. As a member of the recruitment team, she has played a key role in the hiring of talent and the development of Balcom’s unique culture, as well as the management of agency partnerships, a responsibility she will officially spearhead.
