My mom has taught me many things: from how to use puffy paint on a t-shirt to how to make chicken tortilla soup in the crockpot. But last Fall, I had the opportunity to teach her something.

I replied: What? Mom?
…Oh, hahahhahahaha. I'll call your land line…after I show everyone at work your text!

Luckily, I was able to teach her how to put a space in a text and 18 months later, Mom is an expert texter! I feel good knowing I was able to teach her a little something, but it makes me wonder what my future children might be able to teach me someday.
