Taylor Travis Promoted to Group Account Director at Balcom Agency

FORT WORTH, Texas – Sept. 11, 2026 – Fort Worth’s Balcom Agency, now in its fourth decade of serving clients across the country, recently promoted Taylor Travis from account director to group account director.

In her expanded role, Travis will lead strategy and client relationships for an agency account group. Since joining Balcom, she has managed strategic communications for Dairy MAX, a regional organization representing dairy farmers across eight states, including the 2025 launch of the Better With Dairy brand. She also directs the agency’s work for ACH Child & Family Services, Milliard Diamond Concierge, Presbyterian Night Shelter, Security State Bank & Trust and Vertess Healthcare M&A, among others.

Prior to Balcom, Travis built her account leadership experience at agencies such as Agency Habitat (formerly GCG Marketing) and Schaefer Advertising Co. Her background includes work for the Fort Worth Zoo, GlyDerm, NEOCUTIS and Ortho Dermatologics.

Travis holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas A&M University, where she initially studied mathematics before transitioning into marketing and communications. At Balcom, she holds the secondary title "I'll B There for You," referencing both her supportive work ethic and her fandom of the show "Friends."
