Susannah Major Joins Balcom Agency as Art Director (Social)

FORT WORTH, Texas – March 31, 2026 – Balcom Agency, a full-service marketing agency founded in 1993, today announced the hiring of Susannah Major as art director (social).

Major joins the agency with a specialized background in high-impact social projects and content creation. In her new role, she will own social media storytelling, strategy and management across Balcom’s diverse client roster, focusing on driving engagement and developing cross-platform content.

Major previously served as a social media art director at Agency Habitat, where she served clients like Revision Skincare. Her experience also includes serving as the social media coordinator for The University of Oklahoma School of Dance.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet Performance from the University of Oklahoma.
