Lauren Kimberlin Promoted to Director of Digital Strategy

FORT WORTH, Texas – Nov. 27, 2019 – Balcom Agency has promoted Lauren Kimberlin to Director of Digital Strategy. In her new role, Kimberlin will be responsible for guiding the overall strategic direction across digital channels for Balcom clients, integrating both paid and organic efforts and ensuring all digital strategies are aligned and working together for clients. She will also lead Balcom’s growing Digital Strategy team of digital analysts, social media managers and email specialists.

Kimberlin originally joined Balcom in 2010 as an Online Marketing Specialist and has since helped the agency grow and evolve its interactive capabilities – from digital media to social media, email marketing and beyond. She brings experience spanning the vast digital landscape as well as a background in account management – lending to her ability to meet wide-ranging client needs in the digital space.
