Krystal Lewis Promoted to Group Account Director at Balcom Agency

FORT WORTH, Texas – Dec. 23, 2022 – Balcom Agency is pleased to announce the promotion of Krystal Lewis to group account director. Lewis has been with the agency for nearly 14 years of her career, assisting clients such as Bloomer Trailers, Cavender’s, Indian Companies, Kubota Tractor Corporation and others.

In her new role, Lewis leads an account services team serving more than 10 individual clients and leading strategic recommendations and growth efforts. One of those clients, Kubota, serves hundreds of dealers across the country; Lewis has been working to ensure that dealers are served well for years – driving sales and results.

Outside of her work for the agency, Lewis has led efforts for the award-winning American Advertising Federation – Fort Worth chapter. Most notably, she served as president in 2015-2016. Lewis has also served the chapter in multiple vice president roles, and volunteers with Trinity Christian Academy’s athletic boosters.

Lewis’ Balcom nickname, a long-time tradition, is Blonde Ambition, a reference to her determined nature, light hair and love for the movie Legally Blonde.
