Balcom Agency Promotes Maddie Dixon to Project Manager

FORT WORTH, Texas – Mar. 30, 2020 – Balcom Agency has promoted Maddie Dixon to project manager. In her new role, Dixon will shepherd breakthrough client campaigns and projects, from conception through completion, to ensure client projects are delivered on time, on budget and on quality.

Since joining the B Team in 2018 as account coordinator, Dixon has facilitated the development and execution of successful campaigns for Kubota Tractor Corporation. As project manager, she will join the agency’s project management discipline to move compelling campaigns forward for the global brand through strategic scheduling and meticulous project planning.

“Maddie’s ability to keep the ball rolling really helps optimize our efficiency and maintain the highest quality deliverables,” said Lynne Swihart, director of agency operations at Balcom. “Her sharp thinking, can-do attitude and strategic outlook will continue to serve Kubota, other accounts and our agency well.”

In addition to her new formal title, Dixon will continue to be known by her quirky Balcom nickname, “Run With It,” which plays on her passion for running and agile nature when it comes to executing projects that deliver results.
