Balcom Agency Promotes Christine Cantrell to Program Supervisor

FORT WORTH, Texas – Mar. 25, 2020 – Balcom Agency has promoted Christine Cantrell to program supervisor. In her new role, Cantrell will internally manage agency marketing campaigns and projects to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-quality completion.

Cantrell started her career at Balcom while in college as an intern, but officially joined the B Team in 2016 as account manager to facilitate agency work for Kubota Tractor Corporation. In her new role as program supervisor, Cantrell will lead client projects through internal teams from start to finish, ensuring the agency provides deliverables that meet client objectives, with a sharp focus on completing work within agreed-upon schedules and budgets.

“For years, Christine’s planning, organization and project management skills have helped our team effectively and efficiently deliver on client expectations,” said Lynne Swihart, director of agency operations. “We’re excited to see her continue to grow here and know that she will do great things as a member of our project management team.”

In addition to assuming her new role, Cantrell will continue to answer to her secondary title, “Witty Bitty,” a nod to her small frame but big sense of humor.
