Balcom Agency Hires Ryan Miles as Paid Search Specialist

FORT WORTH, Texas – Nov. 4, 2020– Ryan Miles has joined Balcom Agency as paid search specialist, bringing nearly five years’ experience in digital media to the agency.

Miles comes to Balcom from AVX Digital (previously Advantix Digital), a Dallas-based digital marketing agency, where he served clients such as Billy Reid, Grand Homes and Diamond Physicians as a paid search analyst. Prior to that, Miles was a platinum campaign manager for Thryv (formerly DexYP), a Dallas-based marketing management and software company. Now at Balcom, Miles is part of the media planning and buying team, managing paid search and digital advertising for clients including Dairy MAX, Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, The PARC, Sinclair Oil Corporation and others.

In staying true to Balcom’s tradition of acquiring a quirky title upon joining the team, Miles will be known as “Ryanaissance Man.” The moniker is a nod to his in-depth knowledge of not only all things related to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, but also his breadth of hobbies including painting, sculpting, baking and playing guitar.

Miles earned his certification in user experience design from Southern Methodist University and is also a member of the Dallas User Experience Group.
