Balcom Agency Hires Dana Fike as Administrative Assistant
FORT WORTH, Texas – June 13, 2018 – Dana Fike has joined Balcom Agency as administrative assistant, bringing a longtime career in customer service and office management to the agency’s operations team.
For the last three years, Fike worked as a receptionist at The Automotive Marketing Group in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a full-service agency serving the automotive industry. Previously, she also held positions in service management at Wells Fargo and executive program support at Jaxon Engineering & Maintenance. Fike brings her customer service skills to her new role at Balcom, in which she will assist in all administrative aspects of the agency.
