Balcom Agency Hires Brittany Sartain as Digital Marketing Analyst

FORT WORTH, Texas – May 5, 2025 – Brittany Sartain has rejoined Balcom Agency as a digital marketing analyst, serving and supporting Balcom’s full client base. As part of the agency’s digital strategy team, Sartain keeps a pulse on emerging tools, technologies and techniques for the benefit of agency clients. The digital strategy team drives innovation around data intelligence, email marketing and CRM management, as well as search and generative engine optimization.

Sartain most recently served as marketing director for Mentoring Alliance, and she continues to serve as an adjunct professor at Abilene Christian University, teaching a course on social media for business. She previously supported clients at Balcom Agency as a senior account manager before refocusing on digital marketing after completing additional specializations. Sartain has also held positions with UT Health East Texas, Cavender’s and Encore Multimedia.

Sartain is an Abilene Christian University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in advertising/public relations and a minor in business administration. In 2022, she graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master of Science in marketing research and analytics.

Following Balcom’s nickname tradition, Sartain will now be known as “Novel Analyst,” which alludes to her passion for reading and ability to read, and analyze, hundreds of books in a year.
