Balcom Agency Claims Four Awards at Greater Fort Worth PRSA's First Awards Show

Fort Worth, Texas – June 4, 2012 – Balcom Agency, a North Texas-based advertising, interactive and public relations firm, took home four awards at the first-ever Worthy Awards, hosted by the Greater Fort Worth Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). Balcom was honored with the highest award in twocategories, earning a Worthy Award in Online/Digital: Social Media for Justin Boots’ comprehensive social media plan and execution, and a Worthy Award in Online/Digital: E-Newsletter for the agency’s own quarterly communications newsletter, The Letter B, designed to communicate industry tips and news.

Balcom also earned an Award of Excellence for the integrated marketing communications campaign launching Justin Bent Rail Boots, and an Award of Achievement for the creation of Celebrating the Silver Lining, LifeGift’s 2011 Annual Report and 2012 Calendar. Balcom client Cash America also won an Award of Achievement in Online/Digital: Social Media for its Cash Rap promotion, completed in partnership with the agency.
