Jenna Oliver


Jenna has first-class planning skills and a sixth sense for finding the emotional hook in any campaign. With Balcom since 2014, she has spearheaded award-winning work for clients such as LifeGift, Dairy MAX and Mrs Baird's Bread – from website builds to interactive exhibits and ongoing social media and content marketing strategies. She earned a Bachelor of Science in strategic communication from Texas Christian University (TCU), where she was a Chancellor’s Scholar. She also interned with seven organizations, including multiple ad agencies and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and curated content covering the independent music scene as Dallas-Fort Worth editor for The Vinyl District, a national music blog. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Jenna now lives in Hurst.


  • Jenna once visited 10 different countries in the course of three months while studying abroad in Italy.
  • Though she's an account service B, Jenna grew up with a passion for fine art; her artwork won several competitions in high school and several pieces were published by eleven40seven, TCU's Journal of the Arts.
  • Jenna's dog, Theo, used his irresistible charm to catch the attention of her cute neighbor one day... and now they're married.
