Desmond joined the advertising industry for the thrill of helping brands and consumers find their perfect match. With a Master of Science in marketing from Texas A&M University, a certification in business analytics from Southern Methodist University and skills in the leading business intelligence tool, Tableau, Desmond says he can do advanced statistical and marketing performance analysis in his sleep – and we believe him. He has worked with hundreds of businesses, small and large, including ExxonMobil and E. & J. Gallo Winery, to help them better connect with their audiences. Now the Dallas native brings that expertise to the Balcom team to serve clients including Dairy MAX, Smith+Nephew and Sinclair Oil Corporation.
- In addition to his M.S. and analytics certification, Desmond also has a Bachelor of Science in sports management, of all things, from the University of Texas at Austin.
