Balcom Agency Promotes Meg Minter to Office Manager
FORT WORTH, Texas – April 9, 2014 – Balcom Agency has promoted Meg Minter to office manager. Previously Balcom’s director of first impressions, Minter brings organizational skills, a love for event planning and general accounting experience to her new position.
Prior to joining Balcom, Minter served as office manager (and dance instructor) for both XD2 Dance Studio in Garland, Texas, and M.A. Dance Project in Cedar Park. Minter earned her bachelor of fine arts degree in dance from the University of Texas at Austin and pursued a dance career in New York City before returning to Texas.
“The B team is pleased to welcome Meg into her new position,” said Stuart Balcom, president and CEO of Balcom Agency. “As the agency’s office manager, Meg serves a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly – and she succeeds in doing so with a smile on her face, nonetheless.”
In true Balcom fashion, employees earn a quirky “title” once they become part of the team. Minter’s title, “En Pointe,” lends itself to her aptitude for organization and ability to maintain grace under pressure despite many responsibilities.
