PROPERTY TAX FIX NAMES BALCOM AS ITS AGENCY OF RECORD

Fort Worth, TX – Jan. 21, 2008 – Property Tax Fix LLC, a new commercial and residential property tax lending company, has selected Balcom Agency as its agency of record.

Balcom Agency recently launched the new Property Tax Fix Web site, designing collateral materials and publicizing the company throughout the Fort Worth-Dallas region through an aggressive public relations effort.

Property Tax Fix provides loans to property owners who are late on their property taxes and are struggling with the initial tax debt as well as late fees. Hoch, a real estate attorney, started the company in March, 2007.
